Coronavirus / COVID-19

March 13th @11:30am:

As our schools have been shut down due to the novel Coronavirus and our season is about a month away. We thought this email notification would be appropriate. We have dedicated a special page on our AYSO website that will have our updates as they come in. The web-page also has resources about the COVID-19 Virus from the State of Michigan. AS OF TODAY MARCH 13TH, ALL EVENTS ARE STILL ON AS SCHEDULED. Our season starts Saturday, April 18th and will still be scheduled to start that day as of right now. Flushing AYSO will not be making any major calls if there were to be one yet. Our Region's Safety Directors and Regional Commissioners are in close contact with the Genesee Health Department, Flushing Community Schools, The State of Michigan, and the National AYSO Office. We emphasize and recommend to wash your hands constantly for at least 20 seconds with anti-bacterial soap. We will continue to update you with information as this is an ongoing situation. We will update via email, the website, and Facebook. Thank you for your cooperation.

*ALL SCHEDULED EVENTS ARE STILL ON AT THIS TIME!
